Just about a week after the transit of Venus the Sun prepared another great display, the emergence of sunspot 1504. So larrge that it was visible with the un-aided eye (but with proper filter of course). Below are some photos from the 14th and 15th of June. |

Sharpness and contrast is better in monochrome (green channel is usually best)
